This home needed a little TLC. The gutters in the front were full of roof granules inhibiting flow, The rear gutters were full of dirt and leaves and they were fully stopped up. The roof was typical for a roof that hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years. It needed a cleaning to bring back the light gray appearance. The siding had green and dark green algae. The gutters were especially dirty on the exterior.

We used our soft wash pump to clean both the house and the roof. This enabled us to clean the home with the same equipment for both jobs. We simply dial back the chemical for areas such as exterior walls and siding that do not need a strong mix in order to get a good clean result.
